Steve Elliott from Toke of the Town describes how The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) recently sent out an action alert urging its members to fight against a per se DUID for marijuana in Colorado. This seems odd because NORML simultaneously urges its members to support New Approach Washington I-502 which proposes to introduce the exact same marijuana DUID.
